Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer and distance contract between Soluxious and the consumer. Terms are provided before purchase (or electronically on a durable medium). Where specific terms conflict, the consumer may rely on the more favorable provision.
The offer
Limited duration/conditions are stated. Descriptions aim to be accurate; obvious errors do not bind us. Each offer states the total price (incl. taxes), delivery costs, how the contract is concluded, withdrawal applicability, payment/delivery/performance methods, acceptance period/price guarantee, archiving/access, input-check steps, available languages, codes of conduct, and the minimum term of any continuous contract.
The contract
A contract forms when you accept the offer and meet its conditions. For electronic orders, receipt is confirmed promptly. We secure data transfer and apply appropriate payment security. Within legal limits we may assess your ability to meet payment obligations. If warranted, we may refuse or add conditions. With the product/service we provide: complaints address, withdrawal details or exclusions, warranty/after-sales info, the key offer data, and, if applicable, termination conditions for long/indefinite contracts.
Affiliate offers (third-party retailers/OEMs)
We may show affiliate links/widgets. If you buy via such links, your contract is with that third-party seller, whose terms (pricing, shipping, returns, warranty, privacy) apply. Soluxious is not a party to that sale and is not responsible for the seller’s performance.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
You may cancel a product purchase within 30 days without reason. The period starts the day after you (or a designated non-carrier third party) receive: the product; the last item in a multi-item order; the last shipment/part for split deliveries; or the first product in regular deliveries.

Consumer obligations during cooling-off
Handle the product/packaging with care; only use as needed to assess nature, characteristics, and functioning (as in a shop). You are liable for diminished value from handling beyond this, unless we failed to provide mandatory information on withdrawal.
Duty to read instructions & responsibility for use
Read and follow all provided instructions, safety guidelines, and warnings before use. Misuse contrary to instructions is at your risk, except where the product is defective in a way you could not reasonably discover/prevent through normal use per the instructions.
Exercising withdrawal & return costs
Notify us within the cooling-off period. Return the goods as soon as possible—within 14 days of your notice— with accessories and, if reasonably possible, in original condition/packaging per our instructions. You bear the risk/proof of timely return. Return costs are for you unless we state otherwise or provide a prepaid label. Ancillary contracts end automatically upon withdrawal.
Our obligations on withdrawal
If you withdraw electronically, we promptly acknowledge receipt. Refunds use your original payment method unless agreed otherwise; we may withhold until we receive the goods or proof of return. Refunds are free of charge.
Exclusions from withdrawal
Exclusions apply only if clearly stated pre-purchase, including: market-price-dependent goods/services; public auction contracts; fully performed services with prior consent/acknowledgment; accommodation for specific dates (non-housing), transport, car rental, catering; leisure activities for specific dates; made-to-spec or clearly personalized items; perishable goods; sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene and unsealed after delivery; inseparably mixed goods; certain alcoholic beverages; unsealed audio/video/software; newspapers/periodicals (except subscriptions); digital content not on a tangible medium once performance begins with prior consent/acknowledgment.
Price
Prices won’t increase during the offer validity, except for VAT changes. Variable-price items tied to financial markets are labeled accordingly. Increases within 3 months only if legally required; after 3 months only if agreed and you may terminate as of the increase date. Prices include VAT.
Conformity & warranty
Products/services conform to the contract, specifications, reasonable usability, and applicable laws at conclusion. Any commercial warranty (ours/manufacturer/importer) does not affect statutory rights.
Delivery & performance
We act with utmost care in receiving/executing orders. Delivery is to the address you provided. Accepted orders are executed promptly and within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. If delayed/partial, you’re notified within 30 days and may dissolve the contract for a refund. If an ordered item is impossible to deliver, we’ll attempt a replacement and clearly indicate this; withdrawal cannot be excluded for replacements and return costs are ours. Risk passes on delivery to you or your designated representative. Transport damage check: report visible transport damage within 7 calendar days with photos (item + packaging). This does not limit statutory rights.
Payment
Online orders are paid at checkout (Shopify Payments/PayPal). If bank transfer is expressly agreed, use IBAN NL20 SWNB 2695 9398 74 with your order number as reference and pay within 14 days from the start of the cooling-off period or after service confirmation. Report inaccuracies in payment data promptly. In case of non-payment we may charge reasonable, pre-disclosed costs within legal limits.
Complaints procedure
Submit clear, complete complaints promptly after discovering defects. We respond within 14 days; if longer is needed, we acknowledge within 14 days and indicate when a substantive response will follow. Allow 6 weeks to resolve before initiating a dispute.
Disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Business customers (limitations)
No statutory withdrawal right unless expressly agreed. Consumer 2-year guarantee does not automatically apply; warranty is as agreed or per manufacturer. Liability is limited to direct damages up to the invoice amount of the relevant order; no liability for indirect damage (consequential loss, lost profits, business interruption) except intent or gross negligence. Venue for B2B disputes: Gelderland (Arnhem), unless agreed otherwise.
Additional or deviating provisions
Additional/deviating provisions may not disadvantage consumers and must be in writing or storable on a durable medium.
